Question for Hard-booters or for those who ride both soft and hard boots... Would you chose to ride your hard or soft boots on an epic pow-day? By epic, pow-day: I mean white-room bottomless pow, where you need a snorkle to breathe pow-day.
I have ridden every boot set up imaginable, and I do own soft boots which I generally use on my solid board for lifts, just because I do not currently have a good set of plates for my solid boards. There is no question, for full on pow riding I will ride my TLT5s, they have no compromise in riding performance, and the set up is lighter and skins faster, meaning more pow runs for me!
Hey, but do not take my word on it, consider riders like karkis and Joey Vosburg. They live in Canukistan, in powder central (Revelstoke) and probably get more deep pow turns a season than anyone, and both ride the TLT5.

Barrows: Thanks for your reply to my epic pow ride boot choice question. I rode my Burton Fish (solid) with F1s in two feet of pow this last March. It worked great! But I have never really experience the Whiteroom, in all my years of riding.
Perhaps this coming season, will be the Whiteroom year, as I purchased two 09/10 Venture Euphorias (solid) demos from Venture.
I found a pair of demo softboots and bindings to try, and compare soft to hardboots.
I am really please that the TLT5 boot is so popular on this forum. Wish I had a pair.
Buell sent me some F1 parts, awhile back, So I going to mod these parts for forward lean.
