53" and counting here on the Kachina peaks of flagstaff for St.Pats day! After basically getting screwed all year we've been saved. This snow is dropping on some very unstable faceted snow layers. Touring into some N facing paths a couple of weeks ago on the local mtn we dug into 80 cm of snow 1/2 sugary facets (40 cm) to the ground . This storm cycle will produce some natural avy activity be carefull fellow surfers.
