If this is what you're talking about (http://relocate2seattle.com/) just click "view source" and should be able to pull code from it. Basically right click to pull whatever thumbnail they use (odds are it's something they update every X minutes so it'll always be relatively live) and treat that as a standard img (img src="URL here"), and link straight to the webcam page.
for a limited area in southwestern BC, click on a point on the map, and get some nice graphs with the forecast for temp, precip, cloud cover, and wind for the next 19 hours. The model is run on a 1km grid, updated at 5am and 1pm daily.
in the FAQ, there are lots of warnings and disclaimers. it will be interesting to see how accurate these forecasts are in the mountains, but as a planning tool, it certainly provides some insight into regional and temporal trends.
this version will be available until March 31, and they are asking for feedback for future versions.
