I have the LT bracket set-up and I am noticing some wear on the pins. It looks like little notches that have been cut into the pins. Same spots on both pins. I took pictures, but can't seem to figure out how to post them here, sorry.
Any ideas about the pin wear? Is it something that is set up wrong or that I am doing? Is this a problem that will get bigger with time?

Happening to me as well. Only one side though, other side still looks like new.

I have a friends LT bracket in hand and see an obvious flaw that could cause pin wear.



Pins are made of aluminum so they will wear down eventually, even with the new LT bracket. The plastic inserts will wear down faster than the aluminum bracket causing the pins to rub on the sharp metal edges of the holes. I would chamfer the holes ever so slightly on the LT brackets by hand. I don't think it is necessary to do this on the blaze holes as the pin is supposed to rotate with the binding in touring mode. Hope this helps.
