An awesome exploratory day that worked out great. When I'm not hanging out in parking lots drinking beer, sometimes I like to snowboard. Sorry there aren't any riding shots of splitters, although it is always nice to run into the hooligans of the BC at gas stations and trailheads .
Some dirt-walking, a bunch of creek-skinning, some cramponing, some more skinning, followed by scoured-ridge-hiking-while-being-blasted-by-the-wind-action led to this incredible sidewalk in the sky leading to the summit. Very nice.
Great views from the top in all directions.
Mono Lake and the desert.
This is a pretty sick, random, aesthetic summit from which you can ride right off of the top.

Pretty darn neato if I do say so myself.
This was followed by the 3000+ ft ride out to the sage and the cars . I like it when a plan comes together.

'Sup Preston!
Yeah, I've got some pretty good ones. North Couloir on D was really good! I'm about 4-5 TRs behind, so after this weekend I'll try to get caught up and post some stuff.
