got to spend a few days in my old home of south lake tahoe california. rode a real nice line on the round top. months of portland left me pale and white. now im red and chapped.

we set up a camp at frog lake the night before and enjoyed whiskey and the three essentials (lighter,_____,_____)

i roped in above this mini cliff death trap for a controlled snowboard rappel downclimb, glad i didnt have to take my board off.

once i got on the hanging snowfield i made a few turns and managed my sluff, very poorly. i nearly was swept over the rock in a wet snow slide.

luckily my trusted toe edge held and i was able to come out alive.

once i was in the main couloir things calmed down a bit and i ripped it through the end.

adrenaline was pumpin.
