hey great TR guys! good to see some folks from cali posting a TR finally.

Way to go charging at Lassen! gotta go where the snow is right? Looks like a lot of fun.

maybe you forgot the board but you remembered it before too long! thats better than showing up empty handed! did you have a safety meeting before leaving? maybe thats why you forgot! doh!

I'm sure that was a fumerole. There are many around there - somewhat hazardous if you're not paying attention in a whiteout.

I remembered while we were gassing up in Red Bluff and I got this pit in my stomach. Could have been worse - I could have forgotten about it until I went to strap in on Friday!

Patroller420 made a video of the trip. It takes a while to download, but really what else is going on?

Holy shit...Red Bluff!! I thought you remembered when you got to the onto 80 or something. FKNA. Too funny. I got to a trailhead before and discovered I left my front wheel at home. Unicycle mtbing isn't that fun. My buddy and I ended up shuttling runs sharing is front wheel. Would this same shit happen if we weren't stoners? I'd like to think so but I'm not sure. I better go burn one to contemplate.

Cool p420. I just wish that was really in my backyard.

3snowboards - they always keep the road plowed to the south entrance lot where the old chalet used to be.

About 1 mile before the Sulphur Works. I'm not sure where the Brokeoff summer trail is but the parking lot they keep open is I think just past it coming in from the south side.

Just came back from a Santa-family-trip @bradley (3generations of crazy frenchman in a hut, fassywife, kids and all !) Exit in snowstorm was.... hmmm fun :) I still have a little bit of Chartreuse. anyone interested?

Just read the thread, nice TR! Good to see you guys killin' it out there! I've got to get out to Cali this year, I missed it last season.

Looks like SF is rockin' the BCD binding mod, is that the71 proto he's on PJ? You fanatics are just as ill as I am.

All I know is that with PJ and P420 on board, the sack was gone shortly into the trip...

SF's BCD mod is really nice and super lightweight. He's was on the FR66. I took a run on it since it had been a couple of years on one and to let SF ride a Winterstick.

Ecobrad has the proto 171 now.

Not quite killing it yet. Not enough snow on the good lines anywhere around here. We were trying to kill the sack. 8)

Off to Shasta for the weekend. :D
