Mountaineers Books and Christopher Van Tilburg (splitboard.com forum-member docwild) are proud to release their new book, Backcountry Ski and Snowboard Routes Oregon. The guide covers everything from basic hikes for new splitters to advanced hikes for experienced backcountry travelers and is a must-have for anyone looking to explore Oregon's mountains. This looks like a new version of his old book from several years ago. I have the older version and it's $$$. Can't wait to check the new version out and see what type of updated info it has
I saw that when I was shopping around for a backcountry book for Oregon. I couldn't believe the older version was going around for $100. It seemed the newer version has the same location as the older version, but a fraction of the cost. I noticed the older version is not a mountaineer book.
